Well we are officially about a month into winter and it doesn’t look like it’s going anywhere anytime soon. So here is my winter to-do list:
- Ice Skating at Campus Martius
- Date Day exploring Winter in Detroit
- Family day spent tubing
- Have the kid take another skiing lesson
- Checking out Winter Blast
- Go sledding right after our next snow storm
- Build a giant snowman in the front yard
- Cuddle up on the couch while it’s snowing and watch movies
- Figure out how to make the best hot chocolate
- Have a family game day when it’s too cold to go outside
- Roast marshmallows on an outdoor fire
- Try some outdoor science experiments like blowing bubbles in the freezing cold or watch boiling water freeze before it hits the ground
- Have a snowball fight
