Family Getaway at Crystal Mountain

I do realize it’s almost the middle of October and I’m just now sharing the first part of our family vacation, but life gets busy sometimes. Anyways, today I’m sharing how we spent the first few days of our week-long vacation in northern Michigan at Crystal Mountain Resort. This was our first time staying at this particular resort and the verdict is we will definitely be back. We all enjoyed the Alpine Slide, campfires and outdoor games. The kids definitely enjoyed the rock climbing wall, adventure course and outdoor pool (Steve and I would have enjoyed the pool if it wasn’t 70 degrees out). I love being able to walk everywhere we need to go from your condo like to the pool or adventure course, then to dinner and the campfire. I was very impressed with how family friendly the resort was and how friendly the staff was. It was so relaxing not having to worry about driving anywhere or worrying where we should eat since there were only a few restaurants in the resort, the decision was basically made for us.
