I remember the days when St. Patrick’s Day meant figuring out which Irish bar me and my friends were going to.
Now I’m the kind of person who now is trying to figure out what type of treat I can add to fruit kabobs, to make them St. Patty’s Dayish.
But here we are, sharing not one, but two different St. Patrick’s Day fruit kabobs.
The first is all green fruit with a clover Marshmellow on top (which were from the Jet-puffed Lucky Charms Magical Marshmellow bag). For the fruit, I used kiwi, green apples, grapes, and green pears.
The second one was a rainbow Kabob with a rainbow candy on top (which were Airheads Xtremes Bites). For the fruit, I used blackberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, oranges, and raspberries.
These are an easy, fun, and healthy holiday treat!
