Affirmations

I will be the first to admit, I always felt like affirmations were a little much for me. Like yeah ok, I will repeat these words and then whatever I am repeating will happen? Let me think about it real quick, ummm no that won’t happen!

While I still do not believe just because I repeat a phrase, it’s going to happen.

But I do believe that repeating uplifting, encouraging, and motivational phrases every day can help improve your mood, your drive, and make you see the glass half full vs half empty.

It does make sense that if I keep repeating bad thoughts in my head, I am going to look for the bad or never feel good enough. So if I start putting good thoughts in my head, I will start to see the good and feel like I can do something.

I took a few of my favorite basic affirmations and made them look pretty, which makes them a little more fun!
